Troubleshooting Checklist

Refresh Your Browser

Before proceeding to other steps, try refreshing your browser first. If a simple refresh doesn’t fix the issue, try a hard refresh:

Hard Refresh Instructions

Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge

For Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R.

For macOS: Press Command + Shift + R.

Safari

Press Command + Option + R.

Clear Cache and Cookies

If refreshing the browser doesn’t help, the next step is to clear your browser’s cache and cookies:

If the issue still persists, we may ask you to open the developer console to check for errors:
